Default Upgrade CPU or GPU?

I don't have enough money to upgrade both my CPU and GPU at the same time but I would like to update at least one. Which will give me the most noticeable performance improvement? Right now I have a LGA 775 Celeron and a Radeon 1900xt.

Who uses it? Poor people like me. Although the Core2 Celeron overclocks like nothing else...so it's not a bad deal. I decided to go with video card upgrade after all.

Lightbulb Video Card was the Right Choice

A great video card will perform better on just about any system, where a better processor will only improve multitasking. GO VIDEO CARDS!
